TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to Jewelry Designs on Web site located at www.hastmilap.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ORDERING

Order will be accepted against advance raw material.
Order will be delivered as per the order delivery status (Product Wise).
Order will be delivered within 15-20 working days after receiving of all the raw materials.
Extra time taken for any alteration or modification in the design will be informed prior the order is processed.
Once the order is delivered, the payment has to be made according to payment terms of an agreement.

Gold

We take an equivalent quantity of gold in advance against confirmation of an order, gold purity 100% as base purity and the received metal will be converted accordingly.

We accept only 99.5 & 99.9 Purity Gold from client.

Metal Purity: -

59.50 % for 14KT
76.00 % for 18KT

DIAMOND

Party has to provide advance Diamond against confirmation of an order.

2-3 % Diamond breakage loss should be tolerated by party. Party has to provide 2-3 pcs extra diamond for broken purpose.

COLOR STONE

Rate of Color stone (Pearls, Color-Stone, and Enameling etc.) will be fixed at the time of placing the order.

PAYMENT

Every month's first week will be considered due date period to settle previous months outstanding amount, Either bills are generated on Exp. 1st October or 31st October, 1st November to 7th November is due date period to make payments against pervious Months outstanding amount.

SHIPPING

Charges for shipment dispatched from company will be paid by Company, Charges for the shipments received by company must be paid by customer.
